Kathy O’Toole

Owner/Instructor

Kathy O’Toole has been a police officer for 16 years. She is currently employed as a detective with a local law enforcement agency. Prior to her law enforcement career, she was a newspaper reporter for eight years at various newspapers across the United States. She holds a bachelor of science degree in journalism and reads, writes, and speaks Spanish fluently.

Farrel Dodge

Instructor

Farrel Dodge has 20 years of law enforcement experience and is currently employed as a sergeant with a local law enforcement agency, where he is the agency’s defensive tactics instructor. He is a mixed martial arts champion, currently a brown belt designation and International Brazilian Jui Jitsu Federation (IBJJF) Worlds Champion, IBJJF Master Pan Am Champion with a current rank of brown belt.

E.C. Antony

Instructor

EC is a deputy with a local law enforcement agency with five years experience. Previously he was a case manager for a private company that oversees the conditional release and re-integration of inmates into the community following prison terms for serious offenses. He has a bachelor's degree in criminal justice and is currently studying to become an EMT (Emergency Medical Technician).
